Shipping & Handling

The Chocolatier ships Monday through Wednesday to the Continental United States VIA UPS ground.  We do not ship to post office boxes but to physical street addresses only.  A $10.00 fee will be charged for any items returned to us with incorrect addresses.

The Chocolatier does not guarantee the quality and speed of delivery by shipping vendors.

                                 $25.01 - $40.00        $14.95
                                 $40.01 - $100,00      $17.95
                                 Over $100.00           Call for price

Expedited service is available, call for details.

Warm Weather Shipping

Do to certain destinations year round and certain months of the year (May - Oct) in other areas warm weather shipping & handling is required.  Chocolate is not tolerant of heat above 70 degrees and thermal insulation will be required if temperatures are expected above this level.  It will be the sole decision of the Chocolatier when thermal insulation and expedited shipping is required and additional costs will be added to your order.

At times when temperatures are extreme we may delay shipment.  During hot weather we do our best to protect your chocolates from melting, but we are not responsible for melted chocolates.  No refund or reshipping of an order will be offered in the case of melting.  Shipping is at customer's risk.

Thermal insulation additional charge is $10.00.  Expedited shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of items and destination
